Ways to Pay

  • We accept credit card payments for tuition. Please note that a 3.5% processing fee will apply to all credit card transactions.
  • If you prefer to pay by check, there is no additional fee for payments made in full.
  • A $35 fee will be charged for any returned checks.

Grants, Scholarships, and Other funding

  • Scholarships: Health & Educational Consultants is offering $500-$5,000 scholarships.  Please fill out the Application.
  • WorkSource:  Has some needs-based scholarships that should be applied for before paying for the program. https://worksourceoregon.org/
  • St. Charles Foundation: This program offers a $1000.00 scholarship for re-entry nurses in the Bend area.

  • Vocational Rehabilitation: This is a by-county program, but they provide full scholarships to some clients

Payment Plans

  • If you are unable to secure funding or find that tuition is not affordable, Health & Educational Consultants (HEC) offers a loan program to assist. The program requires a $150 service charge, and payments are expected to be made between the 1st and 5th of each month.
  • A down payment of $1,500 is required, with subsequent payments of at least $150 per month. The goal is to pay off the balance by graduation, with the option to extend payments for 6 months after program completion at no interest. Following the 6-month extension, a balloon payment for the remaining balance will be due.
  • Please note, a loan application and promissory note will be required to proceed with this option. This loan is not available to all students, and eligibility is based on institutional funding. For more details, please contact HEC directly.
