Understanding Your Refund Options

To qualify for a refund, please ensure your request is made within 15 days of purchase. It’s crucial that none of your online access codes have been activated to remain eligible for a return.  We want to ensure a smooth refund process.  Partial refunds can be awarded less the cost of the online codes that have been activated if it is within the 15 day window. 

Approved refunds will be processed swiftly, with a check mailed within 2 business days.  Please note if you origional payment was made with credit card there will be a 2% processing fee on the refund.
