We offer a straightforward refund policy to ensure your peace of mind. If you haven’t activated any online codes and it’s within 15 days of purchase, you’re eligible for a full refund or exchange. Please review our detailed policy for more information.

To qualify for a refund, please ensure your request is made within 15 days of purchase. It’s crucial that none of your online access codes have been activated to remain eligible for a return.  We want to ensure a smooth refund process.  Partial refunds can be awarded less the cost of the online codes that have been activated if it is within the 15-day window. 

Approved refunds will be processed swiftly, with a check mailed within 2 business days.  Please note that if your original payment was made with a credit card, there will be a 2% processing fee on the refund.
